Cuvée Grand Brut perfectly embodies the style of Maison Perrier-Jouet. Champagne Grand Brut expresses the quality and the diversity of the vineyard.
This balanced and full-bodied champagne is complex, and its aging period is twice longer than the Appellation requirements (3 years). It is elaborated from 40% Grands Crus and Premiers Crus Pinot Noir for the structure, and 40% Pinot Meunier, bringing roundness and fruity notes, then 20% Chardonnay Grands Crus from the Côte des Blancs, for the elegance and fineness.
The bottle shows a golden hue. The nose is very fresh, and unveils floral and fruity aromas. On the palate, the attack is dynamic. Champagne Grand Brut is structured, well-balanced and round, with a light vinosity and a pleasant persistence.
Champagne Grand Brut from Maison Perrier-Jouet is ideal when served with fishes prepared as carpaccio, or white meats.
