Champagne Pinot Noir 2015 from Maison Chassenay D'Arce is a 100% Pinot Noir, a complex, generous, powerful champagne. The Arce Valley terroir provides the perfect balance between power and elegance.
This 2015 vintage is greedier than the previous one. It is beautifully fresh, accentuating the balance between the richness and roundness of Pinot Noir. It has good ageing potential.
After eight years' ageing, we discover a champagne with a complex nose of wild strawberry, ripe yellow fruit and hints of mint. On the palate, it's delicious, revealing aromas of stewed fruit balanced by elegant acidity, with vanilla notes on the finish, reflecting the ageing process in wood. A beautiful harmony between the freshness of the Arce Valley terroir and the richness of the grape variety!
This Pinot Noir 2015 champagne from Maison Chassenay D'Arce will be perfect with roast poultry or a fine platter of hard cheeses.

Champagne Chassenay d'Arce
The Maison Chassenay d'Arce was created in 1956 in Ville-sur-Arce. Today, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, there are 130 families and 3 generations of winegrowers who work in the same spirit of cooperation, solidarity and transmission of knowledge.
The House is committed to a CSR approach and is the first Champagne House to be awarded the Vignerons Engagés label. The vineyard, whose cultivation is reasoned, extends over 315 hectares. The spirit of the House is a family spirit, a spirit of the land and the requirement shared by its winegrowers to produce high quality champagnes, reflecting the specific terroir of the Côte des Bar, with a dominant grape variety: pinot noir.
