This 100% Chardonnay champagne from the 2017 harvest, of which 6.4% of the wine is vinified in wood, reveals all the freshness and aromatic richness of this terroir.
2017 is a very attractive vintage marked by this balance between freshness and aromatic richness.
After 6 years of ageing, we discover a champagne with fine bubbles and a complex nose, offering aromas of frangipane, flowers and coffee. The palate reveals white fruit aromas, with a citrus finish. The balance is perfect between roundness and delicacy.

Champagne Chassenay d'Arce
The Maison Chassenay d'Arce was created in 1956 in Ville-sur-Arce. Today, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, there are 130 families and 3 generations of winegrowers who work in the same spirit of cooperation, solidarity and transmission of knowledge.
The House is committed to a CSR approach and is the first Champagne House to be awarded the Vignerons Engagés label. The vineyard, whose cultivation is reasoned, extends over 315 hectares. The spirit of the House is a family spirit, a spirit of the land and the requirement shared by its winegrowers to produce high quality champagnes, reflecting the specific terroir of the Côte des Bar, with a dominant grape variety: pinot noir.
