Regarding the Champagne Abelé 1757 Sourire de Reims Brut 2013
Made from the finest vintages of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%), the prestige cuvée Sourire de Reims Brut 2013 comes from a rare and atypical year, with fresh ripeness.
After 10 years of ageing, the bubbles are fine and delicate. The nose is complex and airy, with floral and fruity aromas. The palate is powerful and voluptuous. The Pinot Noir brings notes of red fruit and the Chardonnay notes of toast and candied ginger. The finish offers lovely acidity with a touch of minerality. The 2013 vintage brings a great deal of freshness to this aesthete's cuvée.
Sourire de Reims Brut 2013 is the perfect accompaniment to lobster, whelks or veal à la crème.
