Made from 100% Chardonnay, including 20% reserve wines, Abelé 1757 Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a rare champagne, produced in a limited edition of just 1,757 bottles, with each bottle numbered.

Dosed at just 3gr/l, it is a selective cuvée that explores Chardonnay, the House's emblematic grape variety, and is extremely rich in aroma. This Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut champagne expresses the characteristics of the base year, the 2019 harvest, a warm, sunny year.

After 4 years of ageing, the bubbles are of rare finesse and the mousse is so creamy. The nose is initially greedy with notes of brioche and almond, followed by notes of white flowers and then toasted aromas, bearing witness to a fine maturity. On the palate, the attack is frank, then becomes enveloping. Flavors of apricot and pomegranate emerge. The finish is highly aromatic and long, ending on a mineral note.

Maison Abelé 1757 Blanc de blancs Extra Brut Champagne is the perfect companion for scallops or langoustines, or simply Parmesan cheese.
