Composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, Maison Abelé 1757's Brut Millésime 2014 champagne is both fresh and beautifully mature. An exceptional champagne, in limited quantities, whose 2014 vintage offers magnificent Chardonnays.
After 7 years of ageing, in keeping with the House style, the bubbles are fine and lively. The nose offers floral, citrus and toasty aromas, confirming the wine's maturity. On the palate, the attack is frank and taut, revealing grapefruit aromas. The Chardonnays bring freshness and the Pinot Noir amplitude with notes of red berries. The long, aromatic finish is balanced between maturity, finesse and roundness - a pleasure!
