Made from 100% Chardonnay, Abelé 1757's Blanc de Blancs is a beautifully fresh, rich champagne.
After 3 years of aging, the bubbles are extremely fine, and the effervescence is abundant and creamy. The nose is both fresh and rich, with floral and fruity aromas. On the palate, the attack is creamy and full-bodied. The fruity aromas of the nose are echoed, and after aeration, mineral notes bring balance to the whole. The finish is lively and long.
The finesse and freshness of this Blanc de blancs champagne from Abelé 1757 make it ideal as an aperitif or with seafood.
