Regarding the Champagne Abelé 1757 Rosé
Made from 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 30% Meunier grapes, Abelé 1757 Rosé is a delicately fruity rosé champagne, the House's charmer. An elegant, sensual cuvée.
After 3 years' ageing, the bubbles are light and the nose is very feminine and delicate. It reveals gourmand aromas of raspberry and strawberry. The palate confirms the red berry aromas of the nose, with a supple attack. A hint of roasting completes the delicate finish.
Abelé 1757 rosé champagne is perfect as an aperitif or with spicy dishes or red-fruit desserts.
